DIRECTIONS
How to Get to the Laboratory for Experimental Nuclear Astrophysics (LENA):
Address: Duke University, Science Drive, TUNL Building, Durham, North Carolina 27708-0308, USA
* From the RDU international airport take I-40 west to Durham Freeway (147), heading north-west.
* On Durham-147 take the Elba St exit (number 15A) and make a left, on Elba St.
* Make a left on Fulton St and continue until you reach the Erwin Rd.
* Make a right on Erwin road and continue until you reach Towerview Rd.
* Make a left on Towerview Rd and then a left on Science Dr. The TUNL/ Nuclear Science Building is located at the end of Science Dr, behind the Physics building (on left). The parking lot is marked SA.
* LENA is located in the Physics building. Click on left map for details.
How to Get to the Department of Physics and Astronomy at UNC:
Address: University of North Carolina, 120 East Cameron Avenue, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27599-3255, USA
*From the RDU international airport follow signs to interstate RT 40 W.
*Take RT 40 West (17 KM) to RT 54 West (Exit 273 B).
*Head West on Rt 54 which becomes Raleigh Rd (1.5 KM).
*Make a Right on Country Club Rd.
*Country Club Rd becomes Cameron Ave.
*Visitor parking is on the Left (Hanes lot) and Right (Swain lot).
*Phillips Hall is located on Cameron Rd. across from the Swain lot. Click on right map for details.
